NCDC's version of the U.S. HCN (NCDC's FTP site)
Data from the National Climatic Data Center's (NCDC) Anonymous FTP site
NCDC's anonymous FTP site contains U.S. HCN data that have been extended into 1995.
However, this data is not formatted as shown in the documentation provided by CDIAC and has not gone through CDIACs quality assurance process.
As such, and any questions regarding them should be directed to NCDC.
