as derived from radiosonde records, are available through CDIAC's Trends 
Online (http://cdiac.esd.ornl.gov/trends/temp/angell/angell.html). Users are 
encouraged to explore the data through Trends Online, since they will be able 
to obtain extra files, such as graphical time series of the data.
