This file contains a detailed description of the data set, listings of
the two FORTRAN 77 programs used to read and print the data, and descriptions
of the content and format of the two oceanographic data files. This file
exists primarily for the benefit of individuals who acquire this database as
machine-readable data files from CDIAC.
