The NOAA/CMDL sampling site at Mt. Waliguan, Peoples Republic of China is operated in cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences. The NOAA/CMDL flask air samples from Mt. Waliguan show an increase in the annual value from 355.23 parts per million (ppm) in 1991 to 372.65 ppm in 2002.
