Atmospheric carbon dioxide records from sites in the
NOAA/CMDL air
sampling network
MACE HEAD
Trends
The sampling site at Mace Head is operated in cooperation with the
University College, Galway. The first NOAA/CMDL flask air samples
from Mace Head were collected in late 1991. The 1992 annual
atmospheric CO2 mixing ratio of 356.2 ppm is comparable to other
North Atlantic measurements.
